Refund Policy - Beauty in Pots

Beauty in Pots understands the importance of a clear and fair refund policy to maintain the trust and satisfaction of our customers. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, we have established the following procedures for refunding products purchased through our online store.

1. Return Due to Change of Mind

If, for any reason, you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to request the return of the product and a full refund of the amount paid, including the shipping cost, within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product at your address.

To request a return, please contact us via email at beautyinpots@gmail.com, providing your full name and order number. After the returned product has arrived at our distribution centre, the refund will be processed within 30 days using the same payment method as the original purchase. No additional charges will be imposed for the refund.

2. Return of Defective Products

In the case of products with manufacturing defects, you have up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return and refund. Please send an email to beautyinpots@gmail.com, including your full name, order number, and a detailed description of the defect, preferably accompanied by photos or videos.

We will assess the defect, and upon confirmation, the refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase, without any additional charges, within 30 days of receiving the returned product.

3. Reverse Logistics

For both of the above situations, Beauty in Pots will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive a postage authorisation code via email and should send the product through a Post Office branch, using the original packaging or a box that ensures the product's integrity during transport.
